Pretty much the normal 14 days to issue a return by getting in contact with us and sending the goods back. We'll check the goods over to make sure they are unworn and resellable, once that's done we'll issue a refund or exchange.

Of Course! Just get in contact with us and let us know what is wrong with your order, send the items back to us unworn and in their original packaging. We'll then process a full refund Inc postage. (note. we won't refund postage for the items being sent back to us, only from the original order.)

Go to your orders in the members section and make changes there. Alternatively you can get in touch with us and we'll make the changes for you. We cannot however make changes to orders that have already been shipped and you'll need to apply for a refund.

All products (minus headwear) are printed in house on a demand basis to save stagnant stock. We aim to get all orders printed, packaged and dispatched within 2-3 days if not faster!

Get in contact with us as soon as possible! We'll sort you out with a new order and make a query with Royal Mail as to what has happened.

We use a variety of ways to print our products. Screen printing and heat transfers are the two most common ways we use to print. Embroidery is used for headwear which we do not currently have the equipment to do ourselves.
